Refund policy
Order Cancellation
We allow free cancellations as long as the product hasn't been shipped or entered production. If your order is canceled successfully, you'll receive a full refund. However, if the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns (if applicable)
If you decide to return your PUSUN product for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of purchase, provided it remains in "like-new" condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied, depending on the condition of the product when we receive it.
For returns initiated by the customer, the shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. After we receive the returned product, it will undergo a detailed inspection, and we’ll notify you of any restocking fees. If any repairs are needed due to damages, these costs will also be charged in addition to the restocking fee.
If the item you received is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs to ensure your satisfaction.
Items that are custom-made, personalized, or gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will let you know whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed and posted.
